Last reviewed: 2026-09-10
Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.09.10-R1 release.
Export
- You can now export a single Purchase Invoice as a complete JSON file, giving you all invoice details in one download.
- You can also export Purchase Invoices to CSV using the Autocount format, which matches the layout required by Autocount accounting software.
- When exporting invoices to CSV, the Invoice status filter now supports selecting multiple statuses at once, so you can include drafts, approved, submitted, or any other combination in a single export.
Bulk actions
- The Bulk Regenerate PDF option is available in the bulk‑actions menu, allowing you to regenerate PDF files for many invoices at once.
Email notifications
- Email alerts now include invoices that move into a failed state, so you are informed whenever an invoice cannot be processed.
Search and activity tracking
- The search function now covers the Email Log, Customers, Suppliers, Activity Log, and Sales Request screens, making it easier to locate records across the system.
- The wording in the Activity Log has been standardized for clearer, more consistent descriptions of actions.
Dashboard and upload
- The API Source filter on the e‑Invoice dashboard works correctly for all user roles, including those without Settings permissions.
- The CSV export on the Direct Upload Review page no longer fails, so you can download your upload data reliably.
Invoice editing
- When you edit a sales invoice, the line‑item classification code is now updated correctly, eliminating the issue where the old code was retained.
Request handling
- If an invoice is marked Invalid or Error, you can now resubmit the related Request directly from the request screen.
Performance
- The system now handles API rate‑limit situations more gracefully, automatically retrying after a limit is reached, which reduces interruptions when you perform many operations in a short period.
