Release 2026.09.18-R1

Last reviewed: 2026-09-18

Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.09.18-R1 release.

Purchase invoices

  • You can now open the View full details screen from the Purchase invoice list to see every field on a purchase invoice without leaving the page.
  • The Rejected tab is now available on the Purchase invoice dashboard, so you can quickly find invoices that were rejected at intake.
  • Invoice counters on the Purchase invoice list now correctly reflect the number of invoices when you apply multi‑value type‑code filters.
  • Manual creation of Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Refund Notes is no longer blocked for invoices that were imported via SFTP, API, or Direct Upload.

Sales and self‑billed invoices

  • The system no longer blocks a Debit Note that offsets a Sales or Self‑billed invoice, removing the previous restriction on DN offset logic.
  • On the Edit Self‑billed invoice page you can now edit the supplier information (name, address, contact) directly before saving the invoice.

Direct Upload

  • When you click the Download CSV template button in a workspace, the template now matches the workspace’s default mapping, so the columns are aligned with your current settings.

Export and data

  • Export files now include the full standard field set for invoices, customers, and suppliers, and you can specify your own header names for each column.

Email notifications and activity log

  • Validation and cancellation emails are sent to the appropriate users based on each customer profile, ensuring the right person receives the notice.
  • Activity‑log entries that are triggered by system notifications are now recorded under System instead of being attached to a specific user account.

Integration and sync

  • Counterparty synchronization will no longer overwrite the MSIC code of a party in another workspace.
  • When syncing e‑invoices, every original e‑Invoice reference is now emitted on Credit, Debit, and Refund notes, making it easier to trace related documents.
  • Sync failures are isolated per company, so an error affecting one company does not stop the batch for other companies.
  • For purchase documents, the Discount Amount and Total Discount Amount fields are now correctly synced with the values received from LHDN.
