Release 2026.10.16-R1
Last reviewed: 2026-10-21
Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.10.16-R1 release.
Direct Upload
- Upload CSV for Mapping now recognises the column headings of the previous JomeInvoice upload file, so most columns, including the line amounts, map automatically. Check the columns it could not match before you save.
- If your template maps neither a line subtotal nor a line total column, the upload review now flags the missing line amount and keeps Submit disabled. Previously such a file passed review and every invoice in it then failed. This check does not apply if your workspace also has an automated (SFTP) feed set up with JomeInvoice.
Exports
- CSV exports from the Inbound list and from Sales → Requests are now emailed to you, like invoice CSV exports. JomeInvoice shows "Your CSV export is being prepared. You will receive an email with the download link when it is ready." The link lasts 48 hours. Previously a very large export from these lists could fail.
- A CSV export that matches no documents now shows "No documents found for the selected filters." instead of downloading an unusable file.
Purchases
- Fixed: some e-invoices your suppliers submitted did not appear in Purchases, for example when the supplier also uses JomeInvoice. If an e-invoice from before this release is still missing, contact support.
- A purchase e-invoice that your supplier cancels is now updated to Cancelled in Purchases. Previously it could stay Valid.
