Release 2026.10.08-R1
Last reviewed: 2026-10-12
Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.10.08-R1 release.
Self-billed documents
- Self-billed invoices, credit notes, debit notes and refund notes now have a Notify Supplier option in the ... menu on the document page. Use it to email the document to your Supplier without leaving JomeInvoice.
Invoices and requests
- On a Sales invoice that has credit, debit or refund notes against it, an Adjusted badge now appears beside Total Payable Amount. Hover over the info icon next to it to see the original amount, the total and count of each note type, and the final amount. The Credit Note, Debit Note and Refund Note tabs show how many notes each one holds.
- In Sales → Requests, hover over a shortened Official Receipt number to see it in full.
Emails
- Fixed: invoice and cancellation emails showed the currency code twice beside the amount. It now appears once. In your email templates,
{amount}now holds only the figure and{currency}the currency code, so if you removed{currency}from a template to work around this, add it back. - Fixed: when a buyer requested an e-invoice from you, the email sent once it was validated could arrive with neither the PDF attached nor a link to it. It now carries the PDF, attached or as a link depending on how the email template is set up, as your other invoice emails do.
- Fixed: when an invoice email went to more than one recipient, the Email Log could show one recipient's result on every recipient's row, such as a row marked Delivered with a failure reason, or Failed with a delivery time. Each row now shows its own recipient's result.
API keys and webhooks
- Your API credentials have moved. The API client secret and the Purchase Module ERP Secret are now in Settings → Workspace Settings → API Keys & Webhooks, in the API Credential section, instead of on a Client Secret tab on your Main HQ. The credentials themselves are unchanged, so your integrations keep working.
- Webhooks in the same tab now sit in a Webhook Subscription section. When you add a webhook you give it a Source System name, and you can now change an existing webhook's URL with Edit. The URL must start with
https://.
Users and roles
- Fixed: users with the Editor role could open Create and Edit for Sales and Self-billed invoices but could not select the Issuer (Sales) or the Buyer (Self-billed), so they could not save the invoice. Editors can now create and edit these invoices.
