Release 2026.10.29-R1
Last reviewed: 2026-11-03
Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.10.29-R1 release.
Documents
- The default invoice PDF now shows Exchange Rate on a non-MYR invoice, and Custom Form No. 1/9 and Custom Form No. 2 when the invoice carries them, as JomeInvoice V1 did.
- Fixed: on the default PDF template, a self-billed invoice, credit note, debit note or refund note showed the wrong party in the header and the wrong contact details in the supplier block. The header now shows your workspace as the buyer, and the supplier block shows the supplier's own contact and email. Custom templates are unchanged.
Direct Upload and SFTP
- Fixed: a CSV that ended with empty rows, as a spreadsheet export often leaves, was reported as missing required fields and could not be submitted. Empty rows are now skipped, as in V1, on Direct Upload and SFTP.
- A Sales or Self-Billed invoice that carries an offset invoice number is now rejected with the message "Offsetting a Sales or Self-Billed Invoice is not applicable. Please remove the offset invoice number and resubmit." Offsets apply to credit, debit and refund notes only.
- A credit, debit or refund note uploaded with no original e-Invoice reference is now sent to LHDN with the reference "NA", as V1 did, instead of being rejected after submission. A single-digit payment mode (1 to 8) is read as the LHDN code (01 to 08).
Request e-Invoice
- Fixed: when two people from the same company requested e-invoices close together, the result email, and the buyer email sent to LHDN, could go to the other requester. Each request now keeps the email and phone its requester typed, and the request page shows them.
