Release 2026.10.27-R1
Last reviewed: 2026-11-03
Scope: Customer-facing summary of the 2026.10.27-R1 release.
Invoices
- The invoice page now shows more of the fields your file carried: Frequency of Billing and the billing period dates, Country of Origin and Product Tariff Code on each line, Fee Charge Rate and Fee Charge Amount on each line, Total Discount Rate and Total Fee Charge Rate next to the totals, and Prepayment Time. Before, an SFTP feed carrying these values dropped them.
- The 72-hour window to cancel an e-Invoice now starts when LHDN validated it, not when the invoice was created. An invoice validated some time after it was created can therefore be cancelled for longer than before, and Bulk Cancel e-Invoice counts eligibility the same way.
Customers and Suppliers
- Fixed: the Upload Details dialog of a customer or supplier CSV import listed only some of the failed rows. Every failed row is now listed with its error, rows that cannot be invited are labelled Not invitable, and the count matches the import log and the annotated CSV.
- Customer and supplier CSV uploads now match column headings that differ from the expected names only in case, spacing, quotes or punctuation. A file with two columns for the same field is refused and both columns are named, and the Upload Details dialog shows a Header Matching entry.
Direct Upload
- The Tax Item Mapping section has been removed from Direct Upload mapping templates. Tax totals are derived from each line's tax. Tax on a discounted line uses the discounted amount, and a zero rate keeps the tax type you supplied.
- On the Direct Upload Mapping page, Issue DateTime is now Invoice DateTime. Load JomE default fills the date and time headers for both One combined date + time column and Separate date and time columns, switching between them keeps your headers, and the downloaded template carries the date columns for the mode you chose.
- The default Direct Upload CSV template no longer has two columns with the same heading, so a value typed into either column of a former pair is no longer dropped. An existing workspace gets the new headings by opening Direct Upload Mapping, clicking Load JomE default and setting it as the default.
Self-Billed
- Fixed: when self-billed invoices were converted to a consolidated submission, the supplier showed as empty while the submission was queued. It now shows General Public, as Sales consolidation does for the buyer.
Email Log
- You can now select several rows in the Email Log, on any tab, and use Bulk Actions → Resend Email to resend each one to its original recipient. Each resend adds a new row, and you are told how many sends succeeded and how many failed.
- Custom roles have a new Export permission for the Email Log. A role with View only can still open the Email Log but no longer sees Download CSV.
Purchases
- The Purchases lists (Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note and Refund Note) have a new Issuers/Branches filter. Type part of a name, select one or more issuers, and combine it with the other filters.
Activity Trail
- The Activity Trail on a request, and on the invoice issued from it, now shows the whole history from request to invoice, including a resubmission to LHDN after an invalid request was corrected.
- Fixed: the activity list on a Sales invoice and an Activity Trail search for the same invoice number could show different events, for example after an invoice was re-uploaded by SFTP following an invalid e-Invoice. Both now show the same events.
SFTP
- Fixed: when a receipt whose e-Invoice conversion had failed was re-sent through SFTP with different buyer details, the invoice kept the first upload's buyer. It now follows the re-sent details.
